1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Amen, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Amen Premium: Access to unlimited app locks and AI features requires a subscription.
• Renewals: Subscriptions auto-renew through your Apple/Google account unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple or Google.

3. Use of the "Amen Shield"

• User Responsibility: You are responsible for the apps you choose to block. Amen is a tool for discipline; we are not responsible for your inability to access blocked apps during your scheduled "Focus" times.
• AI Content: AI-generated prayers are for devotional use only and are not a substitute for professional counseling.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to attempt to bypass the app's security features, reverse-engineer the code, or use the AI tools to generate harmful or offensive content.

5. Limitation of Liability

Amen is provided "as is." We are not liable for any technical failures, missed notifications, or data loss occurring from system updates.
